Shouldn't this be the season premeire instead of it being the second episode of the season..makes no sense how can they go back to school and then have changes..it should be the other way around.

Watched the episode last night and I was not impressed. It looks as though the show is still struggling from John Ritter's death. I love Katey Segal and she is a great comic actress but I think her character could be a lot more funnier than they are making her to be.

Are we supposed to think that Kate and the kids had not seen each other until the First Day of School?

This episode was funny too , next week's looks funnier , and nice to see the ratings went up a bit.

Did anyone notice CJ showing the Middle Finger
when Kerry told him she had sex with a guy in France ?

I thought it was good that they had Kerry have sex.
I mean realistically.... 66% of all teenagers have sex before graduating highschool.

Bridget gets more annoying as time goes bye....
but I enjoy the rest of the family. (Kate could be funnier though)

I'm a little bit shocked that Kerry was the first to lose her virginity before Bridget!

I hope Kerry was smart in using protection! I wonder if they will have an episode like Roseanne where one of the girls ask the mother to take her to the doctor to prescribe birth control.

Im not sure what it was like in the 90s.... but nowadays you can get birthcontrol from places like "Planned Parenthood" without your parents.
