As I was watching some of my Get Smart tapes the other day, I came across an episode that Richard Deacon was in. It was the second half of And Baby Makes Four. He only had a small part, but it was nice to see him in it. Does anyone else remember seeing this episode? It was an episode in season 5, which would have been around 1970.

Carrie, I remember the episode, but I don't remember seeing Richard Deacon. What part did he play? Get Smart is one of my very favorite shows. I hope it comes out on DVD. That is one I will surely buy!

It was at the end of part 2. He was standing with a nurse watching Max, Chief and Larabee fight with 3 Kaos agents. He only said one line, but I remember seeing that he had gray hair around his temples and was wearing the same glasses that he had worn in most of the episodes of TDVDS.

I too would absolutely LOVE to see the whole Get Smart series come out on DVD. I had taped the show when it was on Nick@Nite. When it came on TV Land, I recorded as many episodes as I could. As I was watching them, I realized that a lot of good parts were cut out that were shown on Nick@Nite. It would be really nice to get everything uncut in a season set, along with the extras. I don't know why it hasn't been released yet. It's ranked 20th on the unreleased list over at TVShowsOnDVD.com, so obviously a lot of people would like to see it released. I got my copy of the Get Smart, Again movie, so I guess that and my tapes will have to do for now. :)
