I'M GOING TO GO WITH FRED AND ESTHER. THEY WERE FUNNIER. THEIR JOKES WERE MORE CREATIVE. PLUS, THE WAY THEY MIXED IT UP INSPIRED GEORGE AND FLORENCE.

Tough choice, both pairs were very funny. I pick George/Florence because their insults weren't so repetive and more original.

Sherman Hemsley should have played the UNCLE WOODY character. I think him and Esther would have made a classic sitcom Couple

George and Florence, but that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy Fred and Esther from time to time.
