Never liked B.J.'s '70s 'stache and hair. It got even worse when Hot Lips started sporting an '80s perm in a show that was supposed to take place in the '50s.

Come on! I know you loved that feathered hair of Hot Lips! Don't you know that everyone in the 50's looked just like the cast of M*A*S*H. Actually, Margaret's hair always bothered me. It always looked grey; and that feathered look needed to go.

It was just as bad, if not worse, on Happy Days when Joanie had an '80s perm and the dreaded Chachi had feathered hair and wore denim jackets, all the rage back in the early '60s, right??

OH NO!!!! You're bringing back bad memories. I never understood Happy Days after Richie left. I rank the Ted McGinely years of Happy Days up there with George Clooney's time with Facts of Life: Bad, bad, bad! Anyway, I will always love M*A*S*H but will never be able to accept the scary 70s grooming.

M*A*S*H was pretty bad about the '70s haircuts, etc, but Happy Days was far worse. At least in the beginning, HD paid attention to period detail (clothes, dress, expressions, etc), but as time wore on, they didn't bother. It got worse as time went on, with afros, feathered hair, perms, etc.
