If you went to the concert, what were your favorite performances??

(And of course, this can be biased, since... you will naturally like your favorite's performances more than others)

For me: (no order)

Diana DeGarmo - Dreams
This was really really touching. I felt more connected with her than any other of her performances, even DCOL... maybe because it was live, but still. Man, she should've sang Dreams in the finale, because it was WOW. Pretty much everyone gave her a louder-than-usual applause. It was great.

Jasmine Trias - If I Aint Got You
Aside from the fact that I really like this song, she did a REALLY awesome version. And on the piano! How good can you get?! And, like Dreams, I felt the connection. It was great. And also... she waved to me right after she was done and the lights dimmed. Greatness. Also, everyone was sitting during the performance, since it is a ballad, but everyone stood up and applauded like crazy at the end. She looked so surprised, and I coulda sworn she was gonna cry. :lol:

Jennifer and George - Nothing Compares To You
All I remember really was how great Jennifer sounded, and how cool it was seeing them sing together

JPL and the girls - Hey Ya
It may have not been a vocal winner, but it was SO awesome!! Everyone was dancing to it, and it was cool. Greatness.

Jasmine Trias - How Will I Know
I actually didnt know this song, but when Jasmine sang it, I could sing a long to the chorus by the end. What I liked about this one was that she really worked the audience with an upbeat song, because whenever she did an upbeat song, it wasnt really exciting.

George Huff - What's Goin On/I Believe In A Thing Called Love/All My Life
Greatness. Greatness. Greatness. Except Fantasia going "yeah" 30x on All My Life (my favorite song).

John Stevens - All of his
I was never ever ever a Johnny fan, but after watching him and hearing him live, I am convinced that he is a great singer, he just wasn't great with the limited themes and stuff. His "My Funny Valentine" and song with Fantasia were all great.

All - Heartburn
I liked everything about this one, esp. the dancing :lol:

Jasmine and Diana and the rest - His Eye is On the Sparrow
From all the reviews I read prior to the concert, nobody really emphasized this one, but when I watched it, I was like WOW.

That's all I can think of now.

I don't feel like saying what I liked about each - I'm far too lazy for that. But I will list my favorites.

Amy Adams - Knock on Wood
Amy Adams and JPL - You've Got The Look
Camile Velasco - Ex Factor
Diana DeGarmo - Dreams

Hmm...lets see. These were my favorites and in this order:

1. JPL and the divas- Hey Ya
Such a fun song...and fits JPL's personality great. Everyone got up and danced to it. Loved it loved it loved it.

2. John Stevens- My Funny Valentine
When he sings Sinatra....just :eyes:. It was such a sweet song, especially with John singing it.

3. Fantasia Barrino and John Stevens- Crazy Little Thing Called Love
Wow, they both had amazing vocals on this one...and I thought it was extremely amusing when John slapped Fantasia's ass :lol: did he do that in anyone else's show?

4. Diana DeGarmo- Old Time Rock and Roll
Cute song for her :D

5. JPL and Camile (replacement for Amy since she wasn't in my show -.-)- You've Got the Look
That song was adorable! I mean, I thought JPL and Camile had good interaction but...that song was definitely meant for Amy. I could just see it.

6. John Stevens- Come Fly With Me
Again, a Sinatra song with amazing vocals. STILL can't believe he wasn't on AI for big band week.

7. Jasmine Trias- How Will I Know
I loved the song, plus she was really in tune. She tended to go out of tune a lot on the show, but this song was perfect.

8. Diana, John, JPL, George- I Heard it Through the Grapevine
Great song, plus my two favorites were in it..so..:D.

9. Diana DeGarmo- Dreams
That is HER song, even if Fantasia sang it during the finale. It fits her so perfectly and she sings it great.

10. JPL- Superstition
His voice sounds so much better live! Oh, and he ran into the audience...I saw him up close...oh my god. :eyes:
