She then starts to gossip about Lucille Adams.

OK I have the same version. It looked like Florida and Willona were already having a conversation when the episode started. I thought TV ONE turned into TV LAND. But i think we both can agree that episode has missing footage-lol

That might be the way it starts. At the beginning of that scene, not including the opening credits, the episode time remaining on my dvd player says (24:30), so that sounds about right. Maybe that's just how they had that scene start off.
