I hate how they always end up magnifying backstage fights.

I would like the actors to talk more about how the show started, what happened when characters left/came/changed.
I could care less about the actors, I want to know about the show.

If the ep of THS is about a particular show, such as "Three's Company" then I would NOT be interested in the background of the actors. The emphasis should be on the show itself; the episodes, the problems, the joys, the sorrows. To concentrate on the details of the actors would only detract from highlighting the show itself.
Only those bits of info that actually effected the TV program would be valid. For instance, when Meredith Baxter-Birney was pregnant during the filming of "Family Ties" her pregnancy did have an effect on the show since the actor had to miss a lot of episodes for health reasons. The same can be said of Katey Sagal during "Married... With Children."
