What do you think are some of the biggest Saturday Night Live casting mistakes? Which castmembers should not have been fired, who should have been fired?

I think one of the biggest SNL mistakes are firing Damon Wayans, and not giving Chris Rock more air time. (Could have used more Nat X, and less of the Rich mister)

I'd like to know what happened to Dean Edwards. He had a lot of talent but didn't appear much and then he just disappeared.
