What was the deal with Mr. Angelino's beard? It looked like a facial toupee...or was that really his beard?

It prob. is. He was in the TC episode "Jack Moves Out", where he played Mr. Latham, who's wife wanted Jack. And he was in an episode of "The Ropers", all I belive without facial hair. But then again, his beard never grows.......Hm?

I think thats true he did play 2 different characters..
