Well, they didn't have a lot of creativity when they thought of that name. It started in 1994 so that probably means they liked Moonlighting a lot:lol:

There was another case about a year ago here in the US about a woman who ran down her cheating husband with a car. The detective agency she hired to follow him was also called Blue Moon! It would have been funny except that the guy ended up dead and the woman in prison. Here's a link I found about it. You have to scroll about half way down to the reference to Blue Moon.
