View Full Version : Thunderbirds: Marty To The Rescue
It was a bright sunny day in Los Angeles and at the mall, 24 year old Scott Tracy and three of his four younger brothers Gordon, Virgil and Alan where walking in the corridors eyeing up cute girls and getting ready for a soda break.
"Yo, dudes, look. That's the new International Rescue agent, Marty something." said Gordon.
"Oh man, look at that butthole." Scott complained.
"Scott, please. He might hear you." replied Virgil.
The young man walked to them and glared coldly at Scott.
"Look, Duck head. I love the way I look, Okay? So leave me alone." said Marty.
He pushed Scott aside and he hit the elevator.
"DUCK HEAD!?!?!" Scott yelled in anger. "DUDE!!! I'M GONNA!!!"
Gordon and Virgil had to hold him before he started a fight in the middle of the mall.
"There you go, Scott. Picking a fight again." Alan told his oldest brother. He quickly cleaned the specks of dust off Scott's left cheek as they entered the Soda Shack.
Upset at Marty accepting to hang out with the boys, Scott got beside him.
"Well, we're stuck together, eh, Duck head?" Marty asked.
Scott looked Marty in the eyes and said "My name is Scott not Duck Head."
Marty said "Look, I don't like this more than you do so let's try to get this over with, Okay?"
"F.A.B."
By now, Scott was dying to go to the men's bathroom.
"Yo, Dudes, do you mind if I went to the bathroom?" Scott asked.
"Okay, Dude, but don't take long." Alan replied.
The dark haired young man was washing his hands and an idea came to his mind as he glared at himself in the mirror.
Well, prehaps it'll look good he thought.
He held his comb in his hand and gave himself a few forehead hairs just like Marty but as soon as Scott walked out, two pairs of hands grabbed a hold of him, one of them pressing a cloth that had a very intense smell on his nose, he tried to struggle when he recognized the smell as chloroform, it was too late, the last thing he saw was the door of a black van open after that, everything went dark.
Meanwhile, at the Soda Shack, Gordon and Virgil were worried because Scott didn't return nor did he message any of his brothers to come out.
"Yo, Marty, can you excuse me and Al for a sec?" asked Gordon.
"Sure, Gordo." Marty told the redhead.
Gordon walked out and gasped in horror as he saw Scott's watch laying on the ground with the screen broken and signs of a battle, he also picked up one of Scott's earrings.
"Yo, Scott, what happened, where are you?" Alan asked worriedly.
He and Gordon walked back into the Soda Shack and placed the broken watch in front of Virgil.
"Dudes, what happened to Scott?" Virgil asked cooly.
"I don't know, Virg. We found his watch outside the men's room." Gordon replied.
At that moment the gang left the Soda Shack and Gordon called John in Thunderbird 5.
"John, it's us, did you or Dad speak to Scott?" Virgil asked.
"No but I'm afraid he was kidnapped." John said looking depressed.
And as he spoke, a nearby trash can sucked Marty, Alan, Virgil and Gordon and seconds later, all four young men fell onto the couch just in front of Jeff Tracy's office on Tracy Island.
"Let me show you boys something." Jeff told them.
Jeff pressed a button and the screen showed up two figures dressed in black outfits kidnapping Scott, a red cat-like figure was seen on them, the video ended as Jeff pressed the button again.
"John told me that Scott was taken by agents of M.A.D." Jeff stated.
"And that is?" asked Alan.
"I have heard of them. They're an evil organization but they were operating in other zone of California, right, Mr Tracy?" replied Marty.
"I think that they took the wrong person, Marty." Jeff said.
"What????" Alan, Marty, Gordon and Virgil asked altogether.
"They were looking for you, Marty." Jeff told him.
Gordon, Virgil and Alan gasped as a picture of Marty appeared on the screen.
"Virgil, Gordon, Alan, meet your co-worker, Marty McFly, assistant to the late scientist Dr Emmett L. Brown." Jeff told Alan, Gordon and Virgil.
"Late?" asked Virgil.
"Dr Brown, or 'Doc' as I called him, is believed dead after a plane explosion two years ago, I was relocated at the Pfhister Mall, your dad personally think that I'm deeply affected by Doc's death. Your dad was planning on asking you to keep an eye on me but now it seems that you guys'll have to recruit me." Marty said.
"Excuse me? You mean as an agent for International Rescue?" asked Alan.
"Marty's the bravest guy you could ever meet, believe me. He was the one who solved the case of Dr Brown's time machine. It's his most sacred secret and also well kept." Jeff informed.
"Wait, Dad, you're saying that Dr Brown didn't solve that case and that he did all the work?" asked Virgil.
"Exactly, Virgil!" replied Jeff.
"Okay and how the void are you going to ask him?" asked Gordon.
"You're going to talk to him!" Jeff replied.
"What? Wait a minute........" Alan told Jeff. "But Marty hurt Scott and that is something I'm not going to tolerate."
Marty prepared to fight but as Virgil was going to attack, Jeff got in the middle. He had realized something.
"That's enough, Marty." a female voice told Marty.
"Jen, Jen, is that you?" Marty asked as he looked at his girlfriend Jennifer Parker.
"They're friends, Marty." Jennifer told him.
"I'm sorry, Mr Tracy." Marty sighed.
"It's all right." Jeff said.
Marty turned around as he saw Brains arrive in the office.
"Oh great, another scientist." Marty told himself.
Brains' eyes opened wide as he noticed something on Marty's left hand.
"T-T-That's impossible, Mr Tracy." he said.
To be continued.
Alan glared in awe as she saw the silver shine on the back of Marty’s left hand; the young man covered her hand and turned around.
"Marty, you better t-t-tell them!" Brains said.
"Why?" Marty answered in a very low voice.
"Because we need your help and you need ours!" John said from the viewscreen.
"I don’t need any of you..." Marty said.
"Marty!!!!" John, Virgil, Gordon and Alan said alltogether.
Jeff got beside him and laid his hands on him shoulders.
"We'll help you, you can trust me and the boys." he told Marty.
Marty sighed.
"Okay... and first of all I’m sorry... I know you may be wondering about this, so I’ll tell you what happened...." Marty stated.
-FLASHBACK: TWO YEARS AGO-
"Doc, I've totally got a bad feeling about this trip." Marty said.
"Come on, Marty, we’ll have fun." said Doc.
The young man looked around.
"I don’t know... there’s something awkward about this..." Marty stated.
As they got on the plane, Marty took a seat a few feet away from Doc, he noticed that there were no more passengers on board even though it wasn’t a private flight. A few minutes later, a bald headed steward appeared with food for both him and Dr Brown.
"Uh... excuse me... I was wondering... why aren’t any more passengers on this flight?" asked Marty.
"Don’t worry... everything will be fine!" the steward replied.
He saw the man get to the front of the plane and then he saw horrified that Doc was unconscious as he got close to him, he saw an empty glass on the floor.
"It’s... a trap..." he yelled.
"You’re a clever young man... we thought we'd never get you." said the steward.
Marty saw the steward pointing a gun at him.
"You knew..." he told Marty.
"I have been following you for seven years... you think I, like the others, fell for that idea that Dr Brown was the clever one?" the man said.
"What do you want?" Marty asked.
"From you? Nothing. Just to see you die and out of M.A.D.’s way forever..." the steward shouted.
"You'll never get away with this... people will know that we’re missing." Marty yelled.
The man laughed.
"No, no, no, people will know that you and Dr Brown died in a plane crash." the steward said.
As he spoke, he turned around and fired his gun to the cockpit.
"NO!!!" Marty screamed.
Suddenly the plane pointed down and began it’s fall.
"You’re going to die with us, Pal!!!" Marty yelled.
"I’m afraid I won’t give you such a pleasure... goodbye, Marty..." said the Hood.
Marty didn’t hear the shots, instinctively, he raised his hand and two bullets, one after the other, tore it apart, then it all went black.
-END OF FLASHBACK-
"When the LAPD heard about the crash, they sent a rescue mission, unfortunately, there was nothing they could do for the good doctor, Marty was found barely alive in the wreckage, he was in a coma for three months and his left hand was rebuilt using state of the art technology." John added.
Gordon walked to Marty who was crying silently.
"Yo, Marty...?" Gordon told him.
"I failed him..." Marty sobbed.
"No you didn’t..." Gordon said.
"How can you tell? I was always on the looks, making sure Doc was all right... and... I failed to notice that plot... I deserved to die with him..." Marty told him.
"Look, you didn’t fail him, what you have to do is honor him by following on his steps." the redhaired teen said.
Marty glared at Gordon.
"Even though... I treated you bad... beat Alan and Virgil up... you are still willing to accept me here?" he asked.
Gordon smiled and hugged him.
"Yep." Gordon answered.
"Then we have to get ready to save Scott." Marty said.
"More good news, Virgil's fine, he just got a few bruises." Jeff announced.
Meanwhile at M.A.D. headquarters, Scott woke up feeling dizzy.
"Where... am I..." the dark haired young man asked himself.
He noticed that he was tied to a chair.
"You’re really a pest, you know?" a male voice said.
"Who are you?" demanded Scott.
"Oh come on... don’t you remember me? I wonder... how did you managed to survive the shots and the plane wreck... but this time... I’ll make sure nothing of you is left to save, Marty." the man said.
He thinks I’m someone else... but wh... oh bummer... the fringe... he thinks I’m that new agent... Scott thought.
Meanwhile at IR Headquarters, Virgil helped Marty get ready, his uniform was the same color as the boys own but it had a green trim like Virgil's own.
"I love the color of your outfit, Marty." Virgil said.
"Thanks, Virg." Marty said.
"Okay, let’s checklist: laser light saber, jet backpack, watch, x-ray glasses, master-key pen and your very own outfit changing pendant." Virgil told him.
Marty took what seemed to be a skateboard out of his backpack.
"What do you need that for?" asked Virgil.
For any answer, Marty jumped on the board which was now floating and Alan, Gordon and Virgil stared in awe as Marty looked at his cohorts.
"This hoverboard was a gift from the future... I haven’t used my skateboard since I got it but... I have the feeling I’ll need it now more than ever." Marty told the three brothers on the island.
"I’m ready." Alan told his brothers.
Then, Jeff turned and saw Alan with his arm in a cast and splint.
"You’re so not coming with us." Virgil said.
"What?" Alan asked.
"Al... you will only endanger yourself if you go with us in that condition." said Gordon.
"Scott's also my oldest brother and I want to save him." replied Alan.
"I’m sorry, Al, I-" Gordon told his younger brother.
"That's Okay, Gordo." Alan said.
"Thunderbirds are go." Jeff commanded.
Marty nodded and then he, Gordon and Virgil went into Thunderbird 2. Meanwhile, Alan was decided to do anything but stay there.
"If this lousy cast is the problem, I’ll take care of it." Alan told his brothers.
Taking his laser pen he carefully cut the cast in half, as he moved his arm, the pain made his mind almost split in two.
"It hurts too much... but you've got to help Scott..." Jeff said.
Seconds later, Alan got in Thunderbird 3 and went after Virgil, Gordon and Marty.
To be continued
Inside Thunderbird 2, Virgil and Gordon glared as Marty jumped on his hoverboard ad left throaugh Pod 1.
"Sweet mother of Mufton, what are you doing?" asked Gordon.
"Sometime ago, I was able to trace M.A.D's frequency for radio and data transmissions, I hope they still use it." Marty told his fellow brown haired Californian co-pilot.
"Don't get upset but... wouldn't it be better if you use a laptop for that?" Virgil told him.
"Actually it would yes, but the point is, all that data is stored in the computer book Doc gave me, I hadn't had the time to build a way to transfer the data out of it." Marty told him.
"Oh."
Meanwhile Gordon and Virgil traveled following the signal emanating from a gift Gordon gave to Scott a while ago.
"I hope Marty forgives you if he ever finds out that the pendants I gave her had tracking devices..." Gordon told Virgil.
"Dude, my arm... it hurts... but we've got to help them save Scott..." Alan said from Gordon's watch.
Meanwhile at M.A.D.'s headquarters, Scott looked around the room he was in and looked rather dazed.
"I've got to get free from this thing... I don't know what that crazy guy's got in mind..." Scott told himself.
"Hood, Marty McFly's in the spare room, shall I kill him?" Mullion asked.
"McFly? Didn't you killed that annoyance a while ago?" the Hood answered.
"That's what we thought but somehow he survived." Transom told him.
"So... the cleverest time traveler... still... alive... no, don't kill him yet... maybe... I can persuade him..." The Hood told her.
Scott was nearly asleep when the door opened and two female guards released him from his bonds, then dragged him to the bed where an outfit laid on it, it was similiar to Jeff's own but it was black.
"The boss wants you to wear that outfit." one of the women said.
Both stood by the door as Scott glared at them.
"Well??? You don't expect me to change in front of you right???" Scott asked.
Both women blinked and walked out closing the door.
"Okay what's going on here... great, no windows... I'll put this thing on, ewww... what a horrible taste in fashion..." the drak haired young man said.
In a few moments, Scott was ready and he walked to the door.
"So, now what?" he said to the women.
"Come with us." one of the women replied.
Scott was led through several corridors until he was in front of a huge door that opened as soon as one of the women touched a brick on the wall.
"Come in, Marty, have a seat." a familiar voice said then told the guards and then he looked at Scott and told them "This isn't Marty McFly, it's Scott Tracy. YOU BOUGHT ME THE WRONG AGENT!!!!!!!!"
Just as I thought... he thinks I'm Marty, Scott thought and then told his captor "Uh, yeah..."
Scott sat at the opposite end of the table as two servants brought food.
"Please, enjoy the meal." the voice said again.
He doubted but his hunger proved to be stronger and he began to eat.
"Scott... I know that my friendship with your father hasn't been the best through time but I was thinking... you're alone and sad... perhaps... M.A.D. could give you an opportunity... join us... together... we could have anything we could ever wish for..." The Hood told him.
Scott glared at him.
"Well... I don't know..." Scott told him.
"I could bring send you back home for the Thunderbirds..." The Hood said.
"And tell 'im that you can bring Doc Brown back." the man of the Hood's right said.
Doc... Brown? What's the fat guy talking about? Scott thought to himself.
Meanwhile, Gordon and Marty were in Thunderbird 4 while exploring in a deserted part of the sea.
"Are you sure this is the way?" Gordon asked.
"Yeah, I'm sure, now come on, the entrance is near, do you see that submarine there?" Marty said.
Gordon nodded.
"I intercepted a radio transmission earlier on with the access code to open the door to their subterranean facility." Marty answered.
"You did that?" asked Gordon.
"Yeah, I don't see any guards, come on!" Marty answered.
But at that moment several guns cocked behind them
"Look what we found..." a voice said.
"Get up, The Hood wants to see you..." another voice said.
To be continued
Marty and Gordon got up slowly.
"Easy... and put your hands where we can see them." one of the guards ordered.
"You know what I think... the boss only needs one of them to tell him who they are..." the other guard said as she mounted her rifle.
"I guess you're right... shall we bring him the brown haired kid... of the redhead? They said brown haired guys look like Michael J. Fox or William Shatner so..." said the first guard as she looked at Marty. "I'm going to push Marty out of the way even if it means getting shot..."
Marty closed his eyes.
"Bye, Captain Kirk..." said the second guard.
But instead of a detonation, they heard the sound of Thunderbirds 2 & 3 landing, both turned around.
"VIRG, AL!!!" Gordon yelled.
The blond young man was holding his arm in pain, Gordon ran to him and Virgil.
"Are you Okay, Al?" Gordon asked his younger brother.
"I had to hit them with my arm, it hurts a lot but I had no choice, Gordo... let's go get Scott!" Alan said.
"Virgil, Alan... thanks." Marty said.
Meanwhile at the dinning room
"So.... you want my dad to bring you the Thunderbirds and you can bring Doc Brown back then... and... what do you want in exchange?" Scott asked.
"Your loyalty... you're a clever young man, join me..." the Hood told him.
"Join you, eh? Well....." Scott thought about it and knew that betraying his father could get him fired from the team.
Meanwhile Virgil, Gordon, Marty and Alan moved inside the complex.
"Where do we go?" Virgil asked.
"Virg, don't get upset, okay, Bro?" Gordon said.
"Why would I, Gordo, you airhead?" Virgil snapped.
Gordon got what it seemed like a pownder from his yellow backpack and when it opened, four dots appeared.
"That was so awesome, WOO HOO!" Alan cheered.
"You placed tracing devices on us?" Marty asked.
Virgil nodded.
"Please don't get mad... Brains created these for situations like this and....." Gordon said.
Virgil placed his left hand on Marty's right shoulder.
"It's okay, don't worry, now where's Scott?" Virgil asked.
Alan pointed to one of the dots in the screen.
"He's about 300 mts to the east... let's go." replied the blond.
"Wait, I know a way, I know this place." Marty said.
The young man lead his friends to a door and then through a series of corridors that led to the dinning room where Scott's identity was about to be uncovered, Biff Tannen (who tried to kill Marty in Back To The Future part 2) accidentally dropped a soda on his hand reminding Biff about what he did.
"Wait a minute... that guy's an International Rescue agent!!!" he yelled.
"Huh? Oh bummer." Scott told himself.
"What's going on here?" the Hood's voice boomed.
"This guy works for International Rescue and he's old man Tracy's oldest kid!!!" Biff said clearly.
"Tannen, what's gone into you?" the Hood asked.
"Look, when I shot that guy, I saw his hand recieving a bullet and I don't see any marks..." Biff told the Hood.
Biff cocked his gun.
"Who are you?" he growled.
"I'm... Marty... McFly, Dude." lied Scott.
"Oh really... tell me... how did the Hood killed Dr Emmett Brown?" Biff snarled.
"I..." Scott stuttered.
"He used his powers to poison him, you jerk...." a voice told Biff.
Biff turned around as well as Scott, who couldn't believe his eyes when he saw three of his four brothers along with Marty.
"You're indeed alive... then I'll finish what I started..." the Hood told Marty.
Biff fired his gun but Alan pushed Marty out of the way, Scott, Virgil and Gordon saw in terror as their baby brother fell limp to the floor and little pool of blood began to form from the wound in his right arm, Gordon ran to aid his younger brother.
"AL!!! Come on, you'll be fine..." Gordon cooed.
"NO!!!!" Marty dropkicked Biff with such force that Biff broke the table in half.
The Hood fled the room while Scott also rushed to Alan's aid.
"It hurts... I'm going to die right? Finally this International Rescue gig claimed it's payback..." Alan told his brothers.
"No, you're not gonna die, Alan, you'll be fine, you have to be fine." Virgil said about to cry.
Marty pulled Biff up.
"Biff, we know the Hood killed Dr Brown... now you shot one of the most special persons I know..." Marty told Biff.
Marty punched him and then took Biff's gun and pointed it at the Hood.
"Now... you'll pay for this..." Marty told the Hood angrily.
"MARTIN SEAMUS MCFLY, I ORDER YOU TO STOP!!!" Jeff's voice boomed as he and Scott got between them.
"Get... out... of.. the... way, Mr Tracy." Marty told Jeff.
"You wanna kill 'im? You'll have to kill me first, Marty, I'm not going to let you become a murderer..." Scott said.
"I told your dad, Scott, so I'm telling you... get out of the way... he just shot Alan... do you still want to protect him?" Marty told Scott.
"NO!!! I WONT LET YOU DO IT!!! I WONT LET YOU BECOME LIKE HIM, MARTY!!!" Jennifer's voice yelled.
On Jennifer's orders, Marty dropped the gun and rushed to hug her.
"Why do you protect that guy, Mr Tracy?" Jennifer asked Jeff.
"I'm not... but I know you and Marty are far better than he is, Jennifer." Jeff told her.
Biff got up and pulled a knife out of his boot and tried to stab Scott but the dark haired young man was faster and with a quick movent, had Biff back on the ground.
"You're going to have a very long vacation in jail... right, guys? Guys?" Scott said.
Scott turned to where his brothers and father were only to meet Virgil and Gordon's tearful eyes as Jeff was holding Alan, who was now unconscious, in his arms.
"No... please tell me that he... Al, no..." Scott said about to cry too.
"He's not dead, Scott, just merely unconscious." Jeff told Scott as he cradled Alan's head in his arms.
Later that day at International Rescue's headquarters after Jeff sent Alan to the hospital room, he went back in the lounge where Virgil and Gordon, still with their bloodied uniforms, were holding Scott who was trying to calm himself down while Marty and Jennifer just stood there, motionless.
"Jennifer, Marty... if... you want to q-q-quit and leave... Mr Tracy'll... understand it..." Brains said.
"Brains... if Scott, John, Virgil and Gordon are Okay with it, I think me and Jennifer would like to join International Rescue." Marty told Brains.
Gordon glared at him.
"What makes you think you and Jennifer want to become secret agents?" he asked.
Marty turned to him.
"I can't believe what I just heard, Alan almost died for each and everyone of us in this room... we have to honor this by doing our very best at what we do, being agents for International Rescue..." he told Gordon.
"He... he's right... Gordo... we have to go on... for... Alan..." John said.
"I'll stay when Al wakes up." Gordon sighed.
Two weeks later...
"Boys, I have a mission for you." Jeff told his sons.
Alan (who's arm was bandadged) noticed that Jeff had pictures of Jennifer and Marty on his office wall.
"Hey, Dad." Alan said.
"Dad, have you heard anything from Hill Valley? Since before John gave you that call?" asked Gordon.
"Yes, I have, Gordon, Jennfier has shown up for college with Marty all the time, their love-life is stronger than ever, Marty's father always says Marty's availible for missions and Jennifer's father always says she's availiable for missions too." Jeff said.
After telling them about their mission, Jeff gave them the gadgets they were going to use.
"Well, I want you to meet the Hill Valley of your team." he said
"Wait a minute, you said you were going to allows to work on our own, Dad." complained Virgil.
"Does that mean you don't want me or Jen anymore?" a voice said behind them.
All four boys turned around in shock, Marty was wearing an International Rescue uniform with a turquoise trim and Jennifer was wearing a uniform with a fuschia trim.
"Marty, Jennifer????" asked the boys as Scott ran to hug them.
Virgil, Gordon and Alan approached.
"Where were you?" Scott asked.
"Sorry we're late, guys, me and Marty had to take Marty's car to Tracy Island but we were conered by USAF pilots but in the end, we told them we were friends of a guy they knew called Scott Tracy... we have to honor International Rescue... so... here we are..." Jennifer told her male cohorts.
The six agents hugged and a new future for International Rescue brighted in the horizon, although one of the agents had his mind set on something...
"Hood... you still have to pay for Dr Brown." Marty said.
The end...
(for now...)
