Ew.

Loretta Lynn was so robbed. She has the most critically acclaimed album of the year. The CMAs are ridiculous.

i know the cma has always overlooked good country music in favor of bands and preformers that all sound the same and outside of the hall of fame award they cast off ther legends like old shoes the acm on the other hand holds the legends in high esteem and encourages new and different sounds in country music ther 10 times better then the cma.

Well country fans, the CMAs are tonight! Who are you rooting for? This year is Sara's year to shine, and she deserves to take home Female Vocalist this year!

I'm rooting for Rascal Flatts and Brad Paisley :) I also would love for Sara or Martina to win, it's too hard to choose between them

Can't wait, I'll def. be watching tonight, Tim McGraw is opening the show tonight :)

I LOVE Martina...she is my favorite singer of all-time, and I would be happy if she won, but I really hope Sara gets it this year. This year has been WONDERFUL for her. I am so happy for her. She finally got another #1 again with "Suds".

Here she is at the CMA's in 2001, the year she was up for 6 awards. She only ended up taking home 1 that night (for Best Video), but hopefully "Tonight" will be her night!

I love Martina and Sara and Reba, and Allison Krauss, this is gonna be a tough category tonight

I agree, I think it's Sara's year, IMO she's been long overdue for this :)

Yeah, Patty is going to be performing with Alan Jackson. I think Travis usually shows up, but I don't know if he's there this year or not.

If you pay attention to country music these days, you will see that there still is some traditional left. There are some people who would never change their music style...Patty Loveless being one of them. If anything, Patty is getting even more traditional.

The new single is called God's Will. She did a wonderful job performing it on Tuesday...and only the huge Martina fans noticed her little mess up on it at the end. Hopefully country radio will embrace it...
