Do you ever feel like there are a million vomity butterflies in your stomach?

I've got them now because I'm travelling back to college tonight. I HATE flying (especially long-distance flights). I wish I could just be zapped over to my new dorm building. We need better modes of transportation:

It sucks that you have to fly. I've successfully avoided flying for 14 years and I don't plan on starting anytime soon. Anyways, I hope your flight is good and that you get a nice dorm room. :)

I am SO not a big fan of flying so I know how you feel. Just take some deep breaths. :)

Hopefully it'll all go well- and it'll help if they have good movies on the flight :p.

Anyway, thanks!

Ya, I always have those, especially when I'm out in public. The whole social anxiety thing.

When I get nervous I get all gassy and fart...when I get old I'll get like my gram and SH*T whenever I get nervous. Thanks and God Bless. :)

Ohh flying ain't that bad. When you're up there, keep in mind you're about a million times more likely to get in a car accident than a plane accident.

I've never been in a plane so I can't really relate to the whole "fear of flying" thing. I do get panic attacks sometimes though. Unfortunetly there isn't a cure for it. You've just gotta pull yourself together and get through it.

So true. Planes are the safest mode of transportation that I know of. I've done the whole traveling by plane bit for almost 15 years now. There was even a time where I commuted by plane to visit my dad on the weekends (that was almost every weekend from 1995 to 2003). I was never afraid of planes in the first place and I'm still not scared of them. :)

Im at the airport now and the damn keys are all different. Where is the damn apostrophe_ And wheres the question mark? oh, there it is. I figured out that it isnt the plane that bothers me - its the airports. I hate the fact that certain airlines mess with your mind and tell you theres no room on the plane for you because they overbooked. that has happened to me before  thankfully i dont think that will happen today. anyway, i HATE airports. I HATE how airlines treat their customers.

Well, if you get stuck sitting next to a guy with a butt twice as big as the seat, smells putrid, has trouble keeping food in his mouth, and can barely control his bladder, then you have reason to worry. Boy did that flight suck...
