I truly feel bad for all you guys who have not been able to view the original Cheers spinoff, The Tortellis. Seeing how you are all die hard fans of the show, I feel you should be blessed to see another portion of the Cheers universe. Granted, when I saw it on NBC, at the time I didn't think it was all that funny....however, being older and wiser, I might be able to appreciate it more. Maybe it will be funnier the second time around. I wish TVLand would air an episode or two as a part of a Cheers Box Set. As a Cheers fan, it is a MUST see.

I really want to see it. On a scale of 1-10, how funny was it?

Going back solely on memory, I would say a 4....below average. However, like I said, I am willing to give it another shot. I'm getting close to obtaining a few episodes.

LOL, it will be through tape trading hopefully. If I do get the episodes, I am planning to make copies for the rest of the group so we can discuss it together.

the complete series was on ebay a few months back, i still have that sellers email address somewhere i think.

If I'm not mistaken, I'm getting about 6 episodes. 6 eps for 5 bucks is not a bad deal.
