Does anyone know if FT may air it on the-N for a month?

The N is also known as Noggin during the day.

I've thought about Family Ties airing on The N. There aren't any plans for it currently though. I'm not sure how well it would do since it's an "old" show and not all teenagers would want to watch old shows.

I don't think "Family Ties" is on "The N". "Family Ties" is on TV Land.

IMO, Family Ties would be a huge failure on The-N. The channel is geared towards young children during the day and teens at night...I don't think they'd have any interest in this show at all. If the show didn't please Viacom on N@N or TV Land, there's no way it would be a hit on this channel...

Family Ties on The N would be just plain ridiculous. The channel is geared toward teenybopper crap and educational shows.

Don't ever take whatever Harper49 says too seriously. This person once suggested that "Alice" be on The Disney Channel.

The N plays shows for teenagers (as Moonlit_Suburb said) like Degrassi: The Next Generation, Daria, and Radio Free Roscoe. They used to play some shows from the 90s, like Salute Your Shorts, Pete & Pete, and Clarissa Explains It All (what some might call classic Nickelodeon shows), but they don't play those anymore. They also played My So-Called Life, which is from the 90s, but I'm pretty sure they don't play that anymore either. This makes me think that "older" shows don't do as well.

Not all teens would dislike Family Ties, considering I'm 15 and I'm obsessed with it. I think most would, though.

They might as well just put it back on Tvland or Nick@Nite because they still own the rights to it. I have gone to TVland and when you go under shows Family Ties is still listed there and it's not even on. I hope that they put it on again on either Tvland or Nick@Nite. I don't even got the-N so if it did get put on there I couldn't see it. :(

No, TV Land/Nick@Nite lost rights in November 2004. A few local channels still air the show. And Canadians can watch it on TV Land Canada.

That sucks! Sometimes I wish that I lived in other states the show Family Ties so that I could still see it. :(

It's on TVLand Canada now is it? We have that, but its setup in the home theatre room which I'm rarely in. Can always get another receiver I suppose - they do run some pretty good shows on it.

That's a good place for Family Ties.

I'm glad that you agree. I think it is doing good on Hallmark and I can't wait to see more. I tape it practically everyday because everyday there is at least one or two episodes that I haven't seen and I don't have on tape. Or I have seen, but just have never taped. I love that it is on tv again and I can't wait until they get to the season with Tracy Pollan.
