I think that photo is a scene from another movie- and that the film 'Bluntman and Chronic' is made up.

no - its from Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0261392/

"Plot Outline: The comic 'Bluntman and Chronic' is based on real-life stoners Jay and Silent Bob, so when they get no profit from a big-screen adaptation they set out to wreck the movie."

'Bluntman & Chonic' isn't an actual movie. It's a fictional movie mentioned in 'Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back'.

The best thing about 'Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back' is Eliza Dushku! She's so hott it makes me want to scream!

Speaking of Jay and Silent Bob, what does the term "Nugga Nugga Nootch", "Snoochie Noochies", and "Snooch to tha Nootch" all mean? Hey, Jay from Jay and Silent Bob always says these terms.

Oh don't get me started on 'Tru Calling' - I watch that show religiously! The series finale is on Tuesday night. I can't wait!!
Just so I don't veer wildly off-topic, have you seen the movie 'Wrong Turn'? Eliza Dushku is a total fox in that one!
