Trust me - that will change when you grow up if you don't take care of your teeth. I've seen it happens countless times.

So do you think I should start flossing? My mom had perfect teeth until she got her first cavity this year. And she's 40.

Um I dunno. I would. Depends on how much sugar you eat. I didn't mean to pick on you - I just know a lot of people who start getting cavaties when they get older after years of having perfect teeth. It's always a gamble.

I am too:D I used to floss but it's hard to stay in the habit. its an on and off thing for me. Right now I am not flossing though.

I brush three times when we are having company or when I'm going to a party or something like that. Speaking of teeth, tomorrow I might get braces at my orthodontist.:)

No. I just went to the dentist today.. no cavities!:D But he said I should get my wisdom teeth taken out before its too late and that my baby teeth will come out eventually. :cuss:

Ugh, YES. I need to floss daily. I can't stand it. I'm obsessive complusive about my teeth. I brush at least 4 times a day, and floss at least 3. I also bring floss with me everywhere I go.

No....It's too damn hard with my braces. I don't have patience.

yes, i brush 2-3 times and floss 1-2 times a day.

egh I remember those days... how you had to thread it through and all that stuff... meh.

I try to remember, for some reason it is a hard habit to form.

I brush as often as 5+ times a day though, but it is often a quick run through with a sonicare to make my mouth feel clean.

I floss on a regular basis. That's disgusting having all that bacteria in my mouth.

I floss about every other day. I try to floss every day, but it doesn't happen. I do brush my teeth a lot.

I have to get braces and yesterday they put these rubber spacing things in my mouth to make space and both fell out today. My friend has braces and he says it hurts. How much will it hurt?

I floss every other day. I need to work on my flossing cause my orthodotist is yelling at me.

It hurts really bad...When you first get them on you can't really eat anything solid (I suggest stocking up on soup, mashed potatoes, jello, pudding, and TYLENOL). Then, it doesn't hurt that bad, except when you get your wires changed about once a month it hurts for a couple days. You also might get tension headaches alot more often. Sorry, but I wasn't gonna lie to ya. Good Luck.

I have tried to floss but it hurts trying to get between my teeth (too close together) so I just brush with warm water often.....

I graduated from dental floss to dental picks...this suits me in my old age teeth.
