Kismet, yes I am on the Gulf coast but we too are worried...that is a big storm and it will cross the main peninsula and get in the Gulf...and make a pass up our way...that probably won't happen until Monday/Tuesday but we are preparing and watching. Right now it is pretty hectic here because a lot of the evacuees from south/central Florida are up here avoiding the storm...and then I suppose when it heads here, they will head back to their homes.

It is still not certain where/when it will emerge in the Gulf and come this way...but we are preparing now for that.

Which game shows are watched/referred to in Moonlighting?

I know that Miss Dipesto referred to Donahue, and David watched a gameshow in Sam and Dave, something with Johnny??
There are probably more but I can't really remember.

In Son Also Rises, David says "Come on Down" to Miss Dipesto concerning whacking the pinata....and that is a reference to The Price is Right. And in the van during surveillance on the McLafferty/Johnson case in Maddie's Turn to Cry, David puts on a mock Dating Game.

Then there is also a reference to Let's Make a Deal with a behind Door number one and Door number two reference by David.

The Jeopardy think music is also used in Come Back Little Shiksa and in a couple of other places too, I believe.

In I am Curious....Maddie David is watching Divorce Court, which I don't consider a game show. Nor is Donahue a game show.

This is just my opinion -- Cybill kisses a little different than some people. She seems to use her lips much more than her tongue. For example: the car scene in "The Last Picture Show" with Timothy Bottoms, and "Seduced" with Gregory Harrison. I can't remember which ML episode I ever saw her tongue in. Can you elaborate?

In the beginning of ML, Bruce seemed to kiss harder - but in the middle and towards the end, he seemed like such a soft kisser. It made me melt!:cool:

But she did use her tongue in The Last Picture SHow in the car right? I think I saw it.

And in ML she uses it on this very scene we were talking about just now. (at least I think so, I watched it over and over)

And Bruce's tongue shows best in Tracks of my Tears and I think she doesn't mind at all there! LOL:D

Oh and David's complain is that she isn't a very generous person, right?

They have to tie her down to marry him! The way Katerina rolls her eyes - Petruchio's singing - the reaction of the priest -- all of it is simply the best. Oh yeah - it was so funny when Petruchio says the high pitched "I do" and she mumbles back.

Jimi Hendrix which would make his birthday Nov 27th...however, in season two he told Maddie his birthday was about a month after hers...which was in February in that episode so that would put his birthday in March. This therefore is either a big continuity error...or David isn't being serious....so who really knows if this is true or not.
