Sadly, we'll never have a reunion of this show. Only Tabitha,
Adam, and Esmerelda survive today.

There's also Louise Tate, Dr. Bombay, and some guest stars. I do agree that these characters and actors are not worth a reunion.

One guest star who surprisingly is still living is Charles Lane, who will turn 100 next January 26. Amazing to think that the crotchety old man ended up outliving so many of his younger contemporaries. I hope that TV Land will have a marathon of his best work in honor of his birthday next year.

Charles Lane? Is that old guy who played a scrooge type character and Sam took him to the North Pole? Boy, that guy was on Petticoat Junction and The Beverly Hillbillies. Amazing that he did outlive so many younger actors.

He is a home for old actors and has been completely senile for years. Very, very bad Alzheimer...like President Reagan.

And if you really want to go back further Charles Lane was in It's a wonderful life with James Stewart you aint lived till you see the film.:confused:
