NBC is coming out with a new sitcom this Fall, sounds familiar, lol:
"Man in the Kitchen" (Comedy)
Studio: Touchstone and DreamWorks
Producers: Michael Borkow, Nina Wass and Gene Stein Premise: This post-Jack Tripper show-within-a-show focuses on the host of a cooking series (incidentally, real-life TV chef Emeril Lagasse has his own sitcom on NBC).
Stars: Jeffrey Tambor ("The Ropers", "The Larry Sanders Show") and Kellie Martin ("ER")

It's going to be on ABC but I agree--it does sound familiar. Having Jeffrey Tambor as the star just adds to all the coincidences. And it's funny it's going to be on ABC, just like Three's Company! Sounds like a pretty good show, too. Wouldn't it be great if it were as funny as Three's Company? That's probably an impossible task though--I don't think I have ever seen a funnier show than Three's Company.

I'am thinking about seeing a taping of this show when it comes to ABC this fall. I loved Jeffrey Tambor when he was on The Ropers.

Cool! I know there's some tickets now available on http://www.tvtickets.com for the pilot--but that's being taped on the 28th so nevermind, I guess! lol--unless you live near where they're taping. And you have to be 20 to attend!

Maybe you got it mixed up with Emeril. They both deal with cooking!lol--I can see that being possible.

To bad this show wasn't picked up, but Richard Kline is in "Inside Schwartz", coming to NBC this fall!
