Ugh I saw that on Totally Obsessed. I can't imagine that lady giving birth to a Cabbage Patch kid. ;)

These people are disturbed. It's one thing to treat a pet like your child, I mean I'm a perfect example, but for God's sake, at least an animal is a LIVING thing...

"Joe and Pat love him so much they prefer him to their REAL child, an adult daughter named Vicky."

The hell? Poor girl...I'dve run away to Gram's if I were her.

That's exactly what i was thinking. it's not even funny that they care more about a hunk of plastic than their own daughter. if i was her i'd set the piece of **** on fire and laugh when they call the cops and report me for homicide (and of course 911, their last hope for their child's nonexistent life to be saved).

Haha I was kidding, apparently they "adopted" him. I seriously wonder what would happen like someone said if she destroyed it, would they accuse her of murder?

yes, she gave birth to him. something apparently when wrong during the development in the uterus. when he was born, he had fabric for skin, his hair was made of yarn, his facial features were painted on and don't move, he was stuffed with cotton, he's never grown and doesn't need nourishment, and he had no organs, brain, blood, bones, voice box, ear drum, or any other human characteristics or body cells. researchers are wondering how this could have scientifically happened, unless cabbage patch dolls carry sperm.
