I just bought the DVD today. I haven't seen too many episodes. And I finished watching the first season (it's a miniseies, it's not the first season... at least not how I look at it but whatever)

This is a pretty interesting show. I think I'm hooked.

You`ve never seen the show before?

The next season is the one where JR is shot.

I'm glad your enjoying the show. You should report back here and tell us all how you like the DVD. I haven't gotten it yet.

How many episodes on each disc? On which disc are all the extras on?

There's five discs... each double sided... 3 episodes on each side... the commentary tracks are on episodes... Digger's Daughter.... Reunion Part 1... and Reunion Part 2. Soaptalk's special is on Disc 5 Side B.

Today in Best Buy, I showed my mother the set, and she didn't seem all that enthusiastic in buying it for me. I told her that I can wait until Christmas, but I'm willing to bet this computer and all that comes with it that she'll "forget." Not forget, but "forget." I think you know where I'm going with this.

Hopefully by December, the price'll go down a few bucks. I wonder how much Circuit City is selling it for...

Well sales are most important during the first week of it's release.

The dvds at Netflix ARE double sided after all. How can that be, 10 disc?

It says on the on screen display episodes on other side, but there isn`t on the Netflix disc.

Will the 3RD season come out soon? Next month CBS will have their reunion special.

I can`t wait for the next set to come out.

I've yet to hear any news on a release date but I am so hoping they do so, and soon.

I was given the first two seasons last weekend and have had to stop myself from watching all of them at once! In less than a week I've managed to watch all but the last six.

sshhhh....
I think Im a closet fan.

By far the best "soap" I've ever seen.
JR's a pimp.
Im currently watching the 4th episode, but I have to say I enjoyed the 3rd the best.
The actress that plays Pamela is gorgeous.

I also have Dallas - seasons one and two on DVD. I like the Soapnet reunion special. I hope season three comes out in a few months time. At least the DVD episodes are uncut, just like the original airings on CBS.

I hope that they release it also. I haven't been able to purchase Season One and Two yet but last week at the library I saw that the library purchased the dvd set!!! LOL! Way to go, Library!!! Anyway, I have been enjoying them. Regarding not being able to stop watching them all at once, I understand that feeling. That's exactly what happened to me when I bought Sopranos Season One set!!!! LOL! I couldn't stop watching them.
