I think Karen Walker has THE MOST annoying voice, hands down!!!!!! And not just her voice, but also her character!!!! UGH!!!!! She is overdoing it on purpose. Have you ever seen her on a talk show or anything outside of The Nanny? She doesn't talk that way. She has that nasal sound. The only thing that she does for real is that stupid laugh. She does laugh that way on t.v. and off. Fran also appeared in Saturday Night Fever. She asks Tony to dance and when he dances with her he tells her she is a terrible dancer. When she talks in that movie, it's pure New York accent.
