It was Kate. That URL let to the 2018031st post, not to 2000000th, and the #2000000 anchor link didn’t work because that thread didn’t have to the 2 millionth post. So if you change the post id in the URL to 2000000 and keep the anchor link , it will go directly to the 2 millionth post, which was posted by Kate.
