Warm & Fuzzy 08-22-2004, 02:48 AM Thank you all for your compliments!!! They are all very, VERY much appreciated!!! They make me strive to do better each time. And they give me this extra boost of confidence that I am SOOOOO lacking in this crucial time of my life. (I will refrain from telling you my life story, LOL! But I am having MAJOR problems at the moment!!) But again, thanks. :)
Cash:
Nope, I don't have a book. I'm not sure how to teach you over the net, either LOL! But you can start off with borrowing some origami books from the library!!! Start off easy, and increase in level gradually. Baby steps. :)
And here's a baby swan I designed myself. It took approx. 150 sheets. I had some paper left over from the Rainbow Phoenix, so I said, "what the heck?!" ;)

Wow, these are beautiful! You are very talented. Yeah, no kiddng--impossible to actually teach someone over the internet, hehe. No book? Are these your own creations?
I own several origami books, and I can make the most difficult things from them... but they are no where near as awesome as what you've made. I'm hoping to branch out and give more complicated stuff a whirl... I need to find books that teach how to make ones with multiple papers put together like yours.
Do you have photos of any others you've made?

Those others are so awesome. I remember seeing the money ones on here that you posted, but I didn't get a chance to comment... they are great. And I love the rest too! Very impressive stuff, You're the best origami maker I have ever seen.

I am touched, I really am. :) And if you practice enough, pretty soon, YOU'LL be able to look at pictures and replicate without instructions, as well!! Just practice at it. If you have a digi cam and/or scanner, I would be THE most interested in seeing the things you have done, as well!!
Ags2000 08-23-2004, 02:07 AM Sooo.....when you gonna make me one :D
Seriously, a really good job. Those are awesome!
