Does anyone know what this means? it whats pop ups when i wanna play my madden 2004 game which i cant because i dont have the direct 3d hardware

if you dont know what it is, you are most likely going to need someone to install it for you.

I got a Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 Graphics card at Amazon.com for a little over $100.00 it came with the exact game you are trying to play so this card will work with that game. I installed it myself but if your not technical enough you can have someone else do it for you.

Check out this game advisor and it will compare your computer to the miniumum specs for games and show you where your computer is in comparison to a minimum computer. it's a nice thing to have before you buy games because it will tell you if your computer will play them.

Before you just go out and buy one, you should find out what expansion bus your computer has. Most modern systems have AGP, which is far preferred, however, if you are having problems with Direct3D, it is possible you have PCI graphics, and that may be your only option. Check before you buy- the two are not interoperable.
