On Amazon.com there's a cd of "Televisions's Greatest Hits - Volume 7" that has it on it.

Also on the best buy website there's a cd called "NBC- A Soundtrack of Must See TV". It lists it on there 2 times and you can even listen to part of it on that webpage.
