Larry/Cheatsy - A cheater.
Iggy + Lemmy/ Hip + Hop - Twins who hang around together.
Wendy/Kootie Pie - Bratty little girl.
Ludwig/Kooky - Smartest Koopa Kid, builds stuff
Morton/Big Mouth - Big Mouth... What more can I say?
Roy/Bully - Bully... What more can I say?

Koopa Kids are from Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World! They're Bowser's 7 adorable little children.

They absolutely are! For the record, Morton should be in castle #1 and Iggy should be in castle #2 in super mario world because he's so much easier. i've really beaten morton every time i've tried, and i occasionally fall in the lava or get hit while fighting iggy. :grr:

love all the Koopa characters from all the Super Mario games and I saw it eventually in an animated series as part of the "Super Mario Brothers Super Show".:) I remember that show since I was a youngster. They showed four episodes of "Super Mario Brothers" and the Friday's episode of "The Legend of Zelda". I love the link character where he used his phrase as a reference to Steve Allen "Well excuuuuuuuussssseeeee me, Princess!!!" I love that one.:D

that would be SO awesome if i was a singer or whatever before super mario world came out and had a koopa kid named after me. it would be my greatest honor of ALL TIME.

This is just a guess but I'd say Iggy Pop and Lemmy from Motorhead.

Are you sure they are named after anyone in particular? Where did you find this informaton?
