I have the killer in mind but I also can't remember his name. I'm sure someone else will.

His name is Julius Patterson.

I'm not sure if I would call him a serial killer. You see, serial killers are generally defined as killers who kill three or more people over a given period of time. And Patterson was responsible for only two confirmed murders: his sister and an elderly man named Hall Luther Gordon.

Also, the segment was shown during the 1992-93 season. The bones of Patterson's sister were dicovered in 1991, and she was killed around 1986. Gordon was murdered a couple of years later, and his bones were eventually found in or near an abandoned building.

Also, Julius' girlfriend was an accomplice in both murders and is also serving a prison sentence.

From what I do remember about the case, he killed his sister in order to obtain insurance money. Both he and his girlfriend were caring for her because of her condition.
