I used to be a huge fan of The Drew Carey Show, but eventually I just lost interest. They just seemed to be trying WAY to hard, and it wasn't funny anymore. But I recently tuned into a show, and was just wondering if anyone could answer these questions for me. What the hell happened to Kate, Mr. Wick, and Steve? God!!! I thought these were the characters that held the show together! And who the hell is the blonde chick living with Drew now?
This used to be such a great show...

as for Mr. Wick, I don't know either.
Kate got married and I think she moved away, and as for Steve, him & mimi seperated, I don't know why they don't show him anymore.
The "blond chick" who's living with Drew is his girlfriend, Nickie, who's a waitress at the Wharsaw. Drew got her pregnant, and that's why they're living together. Also, I think they're engaged.
They're also living together because it's a sitcom, and with some sitcom writers, that's all the excuse they need.

I haven't seen much of the shows this summer. It seems they are just playing it out knowing its almost over. I'm waiting for the final episode. I'll watch that.

Kellie, that's it. I, too, haven't seen it much this summer since I got the same impression of it as you; and I'm also waiting for the final episode, when Drew & some others are going to buy back Winfred-Louder.
I was surprised when this show and "Whose Line is it, Anyway?" came back this summer; I thought they were both canncelled.
