As far as I know it doesn't have to be very old. Just PM TJ(the administrator) and tell him what you'd like it changed too, and it shouldn't take long.

The doctor put some drops in my eyes one time, the drops made it so that I couldn't see anything. I had to wait a half an hour just to drive home, and even then I could hardly see anything. Let's just say I took the backroads home, and drove very slow :)

Yeah I hate when that happens .. I can understand what it's like to drive that way because once my mom had those drops in her eyes and she was driving and she couldn't see a thing so I was so freaked out, I didn't want her to like crash into anything :lol: Thank God she didn't.

Me too, it was freaky, I could barely see to walk outside, but my appointment had been so late, the doctor's office was closing, and there was no point in calling someone to get me when I had my car, so I drove really slow, I was scared to death :(

your counselor was right to make u sign it. and take it from someone who has been in such a bad state of depression that i couldnt even wake up for school for an entire month... the best way to get out of it is to simply tell yourself you're not depressed. it sounds really stupid, but it works. the mind is taught by conditioning and modeling. if you imitate someone who is happy, you will become happy, and if you condition your mind to say you aren't depressed, then you will no longer be depressed. hmmm, i love psychology!!

And Rurry, I had braces for 3-4 years (got them off in June!) and they weren't that bad! They're sore and uncomfortable at first, but it eventually goes away. I looked terrible with braces, I'm so glad they're off!

having a free period just means whenever it is 1st period or 8th period (we are on a rotating schedule) we get to leave early or come in late. and if it is during any other period, we just get to hang out cuz we dont have a class that period, but it isnt a study hall (although some ppl use it as one).

All those classes were EASY and I passed 'em all, except for Desktop Publishing....I got an incomplete in it (long story), so I re-took Desktop Publishing my senior year, AND passed it that time. :o

I don't know if I posted my schedule...I probably posted it already, but I've added a class since then. :o


Mondays:
9 - 11am: Ceramics II

Tuesdays:
10:30 - 11:45am: English Composition II
1 - 2:15pm: Intro to Media Writing (fancy name for journalism)
*NEW CLASS* 2:30 - 3:30pm: English Usage :rolleyes:

Wednesdays:
9 - 11am: Ceramics II
7 - 9:40pm: Western Civilization

Thursdays:
10:30 - 11:45am: English Composition II
1 - 2:15pm: Intro to Media Writing
2:30 - 3:30pm: English Usage

Fridays:
No school :D

Oh ok, sorry I didn't know what you meant by that. Well, 4th period is kind of like a fun class .. we have art, gym, health, etc. Food Prep seems like a cool class :D

My teachers are all nice except for one.....the one thats not nice teaches Spanish. She stomps her foot and throws a book on the floor tog et everyone's attention. One kid got detention on the first day because she pinched the teacher :eek:

First marking period (September-December)

1st period- Science
2nd period- Reading/English
3rd period- History
4th period- Wood Shop
5th period- Lunch
6th period- Spanish
7th period- Gym
8th period- Math

7th grade stinks...the 6th graders are new so they got lots of attention and privilages...the 8th graders are graduating so they got lotsd of atention and privilages...and the 7th graders get nothing. We're like the Jan Bradys of the school :lol:

Middle school now is 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.
The 6th graders get all this attetion and don't get in much trouble sometimes,
8th graders get lots of privliges, but 7th graders get nothing.

I look about my age. I'm 5'2 and the average for my age so I am not the kind who looks significantly older.

Well not a lot older, I look like im a freshman or sophomore in high school.

do you know who looked a lot younger as a kid than he was? Jimmy Fallon. I found this in a thread on Chit Chat and he's 15 here. He looks more like 12 or 13 here. Thats about how old I look. I actually somewhat resemble him here.

The kid on the right looks exactly like me...only I have braces.

The only differences in that pic of Jimmy to me are that I have braces and a rounder face.

i look like a cross between anne hathaway (the princess diaries, ella enchanted) and christy carlson romano (even stevens). i think i look more like anne, but anyway!

When I was younger, people used to tell me I looked like Tiffani Thiessen. For a while last year, people say I looked like Vicki Lawrence...It was the hair I had at the time. :lol:

Tiffany was awesome, and she is in one of my favorite movies "Sweet Dreams". Anyway, what is everyone doing this weekend, since it's most people's first weekend off from school??Its Friday and I didn't have school today, ha!

Yes it's my first weekend off of school, THANK GOD! :D But tomorrow, I'm going to my uncle's 50th birthday party at my aunt's house, I can't wait! I don't know what I'm doing Sunday.

I hate my spanish teacher- she gave us a 3-page Essay to do over the weekend. The weekend is supposed to be a time to GET AWAY from work. And we get work to do. Does that make sense? :rolleyes:

I've never had to take a foreign language class. They offer German to us but I decided I'd rather have a study hall.
