I'll help! On the top of the page, near the Three's Company pic, is user cp. Click on that. You then click on Edit Options. You then scroll to the bottom where it says change avatar. You can pick one of the avatars they give you or you can find your own pic. The picture you choose has to be jpg. and 150x150. Good luck! :D If you need any more help let me know! ;)
