Tie between Cheers - Season 1 and Frasier - Season 1.... mainly because they were the only TVDVDs I had for about 4 months, but I continue to watch them to this day.

How is it? I haven't watched the show since I was a kid and was thinking about buying the dvd set?

as I've had it for 3 1/2 years now... I've watched the first season of Sex And The City quite a few times

I've watched Malcolm in the Middle: Season 1 three times all the way through. I'm almost through my second viewing of Family Guy: Volume 1. And while I've only seen it once so far, I'll be watching my Freaks and Geeks DVD set very often in the future. (Even though I've seen the episodes several times on VHS and the Fox Family channel)

King Of Queens season 1, it was the first season set I ever bought, but I still can't stop watching "supermarket Story" on disc one, I dont know why I love that episode so much..

My most watched would probably be Good Times season 1. Since it was a year between first and second season releases, I had to watch those 13 episodes over and over to get a "GT" fix.

Season 5 was REALLY good, but I think Season 4 was the "worst" (although still great) of the series.
It has my least favorite episode - "The Redcoats Are Coming"
Thats probably the only TDVDS episode that I would never want to watch again.

That episode wasn't great, but it didn't ruin the whole season. I think Season One is the worst, just cuz the show was new and inexperienced.

My personal fav is Season 3.... which is nice because the Season 3 is the best DVD too.

I would have to go with Transformers and G.I. Joe as of late....even though I'll probably get back into Futurama as of this coming week.
