I'm an aspiring cartoonist, and I've spent the last four years developing a variety of characters into my own comic books. Here are a few pics of them:http://www.pix8.net/pro/pic.php?u=3199jGzB5&i=40666

These are the first set of characters I came up with: They're a group of five strangers who happen to meet during a meteor shower, when they are struck down by what appear to be five bright meteors. They awaken the next day, only to realize they each have strange abilities, but believe that they're not alive. Meanwhile, two FBI agents think the whole ordeal is an alien invasion.

This was planned to be a mascot/logo for my state's city bus system, but I had to make money off of it myself before they wanted anything to do with it .

Currently, one of my favorite creations. These are four annoying tourists that are based on my experiences growing up in Hawaii. I've exaggerated each of their annoying traits to "superhuman" levels (For instance, the guy in the bright shirt can make you deaf with his attire, and the guy in the blue shirt can phase through certain objects, because he believes that there's nothing dangerous in paradise). The stories invlove these characters inadvertently sloving Hawaii's social and economic problems, due to the state's complete dependence on tourism.

Enjoy!!

Very good. I'm particularly impressed with the wide variety of faces and hair with a minimal amount of lines. Simplicity is an art in itself, and not many aspiring artists manage to master it effectively. Well done.

You will DEFINITELY make it happen with doing comics...those are AMAZING.

If you make it, I'd buy your first issue. :)

Thanks for all the feedback! I'm currently working on a story featuring the tourist characters I posted.

I also have a few pages of a comic featuring my more serious-toned superhero characters:
