I definitely think Kelsey Grammer has been blessed the most since the demise of "Cheers" in 1993. Even though he played Frasier for 20 years, he created a character that is probably more memorable than any of the others on either show. Plus, he was the highest paid star in TV history before Ray Romano started pulling in $2 million an episode. So, that doesn't hurt him either.

Kelsey Grammer by far.
He was the only one that was more popular post-Cheers than during the run of it.
John Ratzenberger would come in second, after all -- he was in 5 of the biggest movies of the past decade. (thanks to PIXAR)

In terms of money, smart decisions and popularity: Kelsey.
In term of the big screen: Woody.
In terms of artistry: Bebe.
Out of all of those, I'd want Bebe's career. That's more my style.
