Doesnt seem to show up on tv much. Hardley earth shattering, but Capt. Miller is the bad guy - so thats right on.

The late, great John Ritter stars in the 1995 TV movie as Rick Knowlton, an executive who's persuaded by his boss to move into what appears to be the ideal crime-free community. Soon after, however, the family realizes the situation is too good to be true.
