In part 2 of the Clip Show, Roseanne tells the sitcom moms how much she makes an episode....How much did she actually make each episode? I heard it was A LOT and also how much did the rest of the cast make? was it as much as what she made?

I just read the section about Roseanne in Total Television by Alex McNeil that she earned about one million dollars an episode in 1995.

Amost one million? That is a pretty big amount per episode. It may not seem like much now. With the Friends stars who each earned one million and episode. and with Kesley Grammer who earned over one million an episode. And of course Ray Ramano who earns over one million and episode. But back in 1995 that was pretty good.

Well, Roseanne has Executive Producer credit on the show as well as being the star.

DAMN! she was making like 25 million dollars a year. I'd kill for that kind of money.

John Goodman and Laurie Metcalf were probably up there too, not sure about the kids though

I think Sara Gilbert probably got the same as Laurie Metcalf, because in season 5 and on, Sara was a starring role.

I also heard that lecy goranson still got paid for ALL of season 5 for the original airing plus the syndicated episodes the same amount as michael fishman because her name was still credited right under his in the intro, which isn't so fair because she only appears in 4 out of the 25 episodes.
