ColumbiaTristar (Sony) owns these 19 sitcoms, among others. Which one should be the next one they release in season sets? You can mention more than one but you can only vote for one in the poll.

Archie Bunker's Place
Benson
Bewitched
Burns & Allen
Dennis the Menace
Facts of Life
Father Knows Best
Fish
Flying Nun
I Dream of Jeannie
Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman
Maude
The Nanny
One Day At A Time
Parker Lewis Can't Lose
Partridge Family
Party of Five
Silver Spoons
Square Pegs
What's Happening Now

I made a mistake with that, I initially had it included in the poll but caught it before I posted it. It shouldn't be in my first post (not a sitcom anyway).

I'm not sure if they have the rights.... but I would definately pick up Hello Larry - The Complete Series. For only airing 2 seasons -- its pretty well known.
Plus, the fact that it crossed over with Diff'rent Strokes warrants a purchase for many people.

Personally I would love see Silver Spoons, and I'm still waiting on Season 2 of Who's the Boss? as well :D

Also want I Dream of Jeannie too :D

I'd definately buy it. Mainly because his character in "M*A*S*H" is my favorite. I'd like to see McLean Stevenson play someone other than Henry Blake.

As for me, I voted for "Dennis the Menace." I doubt they could get Jay North to do any commentary for it, considering the terrible time he had making the show. But for this show, I'd be happy with a bare-bones boxed set.

I'd buy Bewitched, Dennis the Menace, and Maude. If I were to choose just one it would be Dennis the Menace.

I'm surprised it's not a "Facts of Life" landslide, which is what I expected when I posted this poll.

I think the general consensus is that if Diff'rent Strokes performs well on DVD (I hope it does... I've actually convinced FOL fans I know who hate DS to buy the DVD and don't open it and sell it used or ebay it), Facts will probably come out around the time of season 2 of DS. Tho I really hope to god that Columbia does what they did with Just Shoot Me (or the "when's it gonna be released?" Newsradio DVD) and combine seasons 1 and 2 since together it's 29 episodes and season 1 is not strong enough to sell on it's own IMO.

1. Who's The Boss
2. The Nanny (isn't the Nanny a 90's show?)

Yes, but that has nothing to do with this poll, in case you were wondering.

Me neither, last I remember it was on E!, and even then I didn't watch it on a regular basis, so I'm looking forward to seeing the episodes on dvd, at least season one. Some of my favorites are in later seasons.

 I hope they get it right, because I love that show, and I like Fran mostly because of her voice:cool:

maybe for the Nanny, instead of Dolby surround 2.0, and 5.1, they will create a "Drescher-shattering" audio track, lol
