Compare a character from Cheers to another character from another TV show or...a celebrity, historical figure, whoever. The next person takes that person and compares it to yet another character from Cheers. The person after that takes that Cheers character and compares it to another popular figure outside of the show...and so on.

EXAMPLE:

Player 1:
Norm loves beer
Homer Simpson also loves beer

Player 2:
Homer Simpson is kinda dumb
Woody is kinda dumb too

Player 3:
Woody's first name is Woodrow
Woodrow Wilson's first name is also Woodrow

and so on.

I'll start.
