Coach and Leave It To Beaver had good final seasons IMHO.

boy meets world - the first couple of episodes weren't good and changing the plot "angela's men" from being an episode dealing with racism-type issues to what it was...noo BUT!
once the two got married all the plots were really good IMO, and those episodes proved that THAT was when they officially became adults, not when they graduated high school... let's get real being 18 and in college doesnt make you an adult..

flash forward- i know it only lasted 20 episodes and i know they were supposed to make more but money came into focus HOWEVER the last episode, which they didnt realize would be the final episode (i think they didnt) was a great end to the series if you look back at it

three's company had a nice ending but too bad it wasnt jack and janet getting married lol

3rd Rock from the Sun: IMO, the 5th and final season of 3rd Rock was the best/funniest of the whole series.

Even Stevens: The 3rd and final season was the best/funniest. Unfortunately, since this is a Disney Channel show, it was cancelled after 65 episodes, as is their policy. (child actors grow up fast...Christy Carlson Romano's character, Ren, was in 8th grade at the end of the series, but in real life, she was 18) A popular, high-rated show...too bad it had to end so soon. :-/

I Dream of Jeannie- I liked Tony and Jeannie married.

The Nanny- ^same with Max and Fran

The Incredible Hulk- You really couldn't tell season 1 from season 5, so it was all good.

My Favorite Martian- ^same. Plus it was in color!

Futurama- Awesome. Just Awesome.

Adam-12- There were a couple season 8 eps that were just great. X-Force is probably the greatest ep of the series.

The Odd Couple- still funny. Plus they did an ep with Richard Dawson. :D

The Monkees- It was only on 2 years...how bad could it have gotten?

why not keep a show going as long as it's hot? I mean, I don't like any of the aforementioned shows, but I almost wonder if Disney now wishes they could've taken that back after seeing how big Hilary Duff has gotten in the past year... and they let her go.

Why kill off a show while it's hot when they could Friends/Frasier/Simpsons out it's run. Not saying I could see a 27 year old Raven-Symone still doing That's So Raven, but still, 65 episodes is pretty short if the show has a real following.

I know I bet they are kicking them selves now for sure, and Shia LeBeauf is making a name for himself too.

I don't understand why they do it either, I guess they figure once they get past 17 that's too old or something :rolleyes:

There was rumors that both Even Stevens and Lizzie McGuire were going to end their 65 Episode deal on Disney, and then move over to TGIF on ABC.

I'm not sure about Even Stevens.... but the Lizzie McGuire rumor turned out to be true, but when Hillary Duff demanded more money per episode, the whole deal was scrapped.
