Arthur Berkhardt Expressway is mentioned by Kramer in episode 150 - The Pothole. I don't see any evidence that this is a real road. Is it? I know there are some New Yorker's in here so let please let me know.

I actually have a job dealing with traffic and covers all the roads in the New York area and I have never heard of the Arthur Berkhardt expressway.
