I need help from someone on how to create a web site. I've always wanted to create a website dedicated to Nancy McKeon, her Jo character, her Jinny character, and her movie acheivements. I just don't know how to and I don't want to spend a whole lot of money doing it. I need to know what programs to use at minimum and how much it's gonna cost at minimum.

i currently run a fansite. what information do you need? are you trying to start up a pay site or use a free one? do you know anything about html, photoshop?

The only sites I have are a couple of Yahoo Groups sites that don't even get any traffic at all. I'll post links to them on a new thread in an attempt to get more traffic on them. These crappy Yahoo Groups sites are several months old now.
