View Full Version : Nancy McKeon in New CBS Disaster Mini-Series U2baby 08-01-2004, 11:03 PM http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/nm/20040802/tv_nm/television_disaster_dc_2 TDivisionInspector 08-02-2004, 01:43 PM Hey thanks for the note telling us to keep an eye out for that! I checked out the link. Although I couldn't figure out the storyline or what part Nancy plays in it, I think it's safe to assume that it's similar to the Earthquake of Volcano movie. You may also want to post this on the The Division board. I'll be looking for it. Once again, thanks! MandieR1980 08-02-2004, 01:44 PM woohoo Nancy rules!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait MrsGarrettRocksMySocks 08-02-2004, 08:49 PM Originally posted by U2baby http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/nm/20040802/tv_nm/television_disaster_dc_2 Wow..Diane Weist is pretty talented, as well---Blackwater Lightship is the bomb! One of the better Hallmark movies, actually (Angela Lansbury and Gina McKee also star). Anyway, looks like there will at least be enough to talent to back the movie.:) JDS84 08-03-2004, 03:22 PM Originally posted by MrsGarrettRocksMySocks Wow..Diane Weist is pretty talented, as well---Blackwater Lightship is the bomb! TV Guy 08-04-2004, 02:24 PM Well, at least Nancy will have something to do, since "The Division" has been cancelled. http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=597&ncid=763&e=8&u=/nm/20040804/tv_nm/television_division_dc 2 hyped bros. 08-04-2004, 09:49 PM Man I hate Generation Y, especially that young punk Catrina Scorscone. She belongs on Lizzie McGuire with Hillary Duff or some project with the Olsen Twins. Hey, they're more of Catrina Scorscone's generation than Lifetime will ever be. Stoopid Generation Y! 2 hyped bros. 08-04-2004, 09:56 PM Sorry about posting that hate message on this thread. But when I reat that last link, I got really mad. I can't even stand Generation Y. They make Generation X seem like a bunch of old folks, ya know. I'm glad I'm part of the generation that was born from Jan. 1965 to Dec. 1976. Nancy McKeon rules! At least she won't have to do a show where she's working for 16 hours straight 5 to 6 days a week. Man! Maybe we'll see Nancy McKeon and Lisa Vidal in a future movie together. Who knows! jayman75 11-08-2004, 11:30 PM From cbs.com, here's a bit about Nancy's character... Unaware of the weather systems that threaten to destroy the city of Chicago, Amy Harkin (McKeon), a smart and ambitious local television journalist is focused on reporting on the record heat wave and drought that have crippled the city for six weeks. What really bugs me is that her movie and television credits are listed, but there is no mention of FOL. Either CBS had a major oversight, or McKeon is so over FOL that she didn't want it included. Hate to say it, but I doubt she'd be where she is today without that show. Suck it up, NANCY!!! MandieR1980 11-09-2004, 01:30 AM I just hope it's a major role I don't wanna see her just a couple times. Randy Quaid's will be small in comparison. MandieR1980 11-14-2004, 06:31 PM Originally posted by Amy Jo Polnaizchek According to USA Today, Nancy McKeon's role will be a main role.
