Last night my friend called me like at 2am in the morning to tell me she thinks she saw her grandmother in the middle of her hallway- and her grandmother had the same dress on as she did when she was in her casset (sp?) lol! Well she told me when she turned around to run away she felt a wind pass through her- talk about scary!! But then again my friend is looney and probably had 14 red bulls! :talk:

Well, have you seen a ghost before?

I have never seen a ghost or spirit, but I have felt a presence when I was alone sometimes.

I saw my deceased Uncle once. strange thing is I had never even met him or seen a picture. I told my grandma and she showed me a picture and that is how I knew.

Yeah...all the time. I get it from my heritage (indian) infact all of my family has had the experience at least once.

I have a friend I talked to for several months after she died. Some people have the.....gift to talk to people who have passed on, and others just have such a connection to that person that they are able to talk.

In my family, it has been passed on to a new generation. We didn't know if my niece and nephew would have the gift or not, but they DEFINATELY do.

It's a gift if you are ever able to see a loved one and talk to them again after they have passed. Enjoy it while it lasts b/c it might not go on forever.

I found the presence very comforting.

i tell presences to go away. makes me feel like my privacy is being invaded.

I've seen dead people.
I don't know what the big deal is, though. They just lie there in a coffin. Very boring, if you ask me.

Not to be rude, but beyond the basic manipulations of John Edwards, I find most people are wishful thinkers and manipulators of the obvious.

You want to see things, so you make them exist or interpret them into your reality.

And dreaming is dreaming- don't change the fact into a waking state.

Basically, and I know you don't care, you don't talk to dead people.

Otherwise I'd figure you'd have something much better to do then be here.

Yeah that is what I thought when she told the family about it. For some weird reason I actually believe she is telling the truth.

I never had the experience of losing a loved one so far. I'm probably one of the luckiest people in the world.

I can't see dead people, but I can sense them. I'm also pretty good with knowing what's going to happen in the future. Happens alot...it's not usually things I choose to know, I'll just be thinking of something for no reason and then something related will happen soon after and I'll remember thinking about it.

That ALWAYS ALWAYS happens to me. That's mostly how i know i have ESP. for the past several years, almost every time i'm thinking of an episode of a tv show, i see it within the next day. that's happened countless times. what really convinces me i have it was the first sign of it when i was 7 or 8.. i lost some electronic game for a long time and one night i dreamed that i looked under the couch and found it, so when i got up i looked under there and it was there, in the same spot and position i dreamed it was in. the end.

For me, it has mostly been in dreams. But I have had one experience when I actually saw and got to talk to someone in person...that was pretty cool.

I've had ESP for years. When I was younger I used to think it was a curse b/c of the things I knew was going to happen. The worst one was when I actually saw some friends of mine die in a car crash and woke up the next morning to find out that it had actually happened that night.

yep, that happens to me. shortly after my mom died i would always dream of her and immediately realize i was dreaming, so i'd enjoy my time sort of being with her. one time i asked her why i kept dreaming about her, and she said that god was making it that way so in a way i could still spend time with her. really weird.

Yes it is and I am a very fortunate person. But then again, I haven't lived that long and I don't know what might happen to me in the future. But death is a part of life that everyone must face.
