Halloween 9 is coming out,can you believe it,I wish they would just kill off Micheal Myers, and one of thesedays they will make a movie Micheal Myers vs Jason,Pinhead,Chucky the doll, etc. Hopefully that will be the last one,Did'nt they kill Micheal in the last movie? Also hopefully we will be done with Friday The 13th movies,But Jason did survive from Freddy Vs Jason.Seed Of Chucky is coming out also,I wonder if there going to be any more sequeals to horrro movies. The Excorst The Beginning I just saw a clip.

I saw the trailer for Exorcist The Beginning. It looks interesting and I'm looking forward to seeing the movie.

As far as Michael Myers - Halloween was disposable after the first few- I was disappionted with the Halloween movies after the 3rd one! Yes, I did like Halloween III

The Child's Play movies were stupid from the start IMO:eek:

A sequel to Freddy Vs Jason is already in the works- to be filmed later this year. I think it's very stupid to do this- they could just let both characters move on without each other instead of having a franchise based on these two fighting each other. There might be another villain introduced too- which is just overkill- like those Godzilla King Kong films that were made in the 50's.

Michael Myers has been 'killed' in almost ever Halloween film it seems, so has Freddy Krueger- but as long as people buy tickets to see the films, the studios will find the most farfetched explanations (or not explain it at all).

I read somehwhere that the producer of Friday the 13th plans to do up to the 13th film- I suppose just so they can have a camp marketing campaign "The 13TH Friday" or something along those lines. And then, there's always prequels- which everyone seems to enjoy doing- and that cheapens the originals imo. a Nightmare on Elm Street prequel was planned, so is a Hannibal Lecter prequel, The Exorcist prequel actually looks good though. As for the Chucky sequels- he's like B-Grade movie villain, and I don't consider these sequels as horror movies anymore.

If I ever have the chance to wrok in Hollywood I'll do my best to kill of the villains when they've done too many sequels- then proceed to buy the rights so nobody else makes any more sequels or prequels!

I love the HALLOWEEN movies! I still have to see Halloween: Resurrection!!! I still can't believe I haven't seen that yet.

Will Jamie Lee Curtis be in this one?

In my opinion, Halloween shouldn't have even made a sequel. The first one is the best. Although, I did like 2 & 3.

These movies will never be seen by me at a theater.

They would be even lucky to get a rental.

The only horror series that I would rent, even though it keeps disappointing, is Hellraiser.

Those dopes who make the movie should give us more Pinhead and the Cenobites and less crap about people who are just going to bite it.

I doubt it, because of what happened to her character in Resurrection.

we didn't see Laurie's body hit the ground.

Considering she has Myers blood in her... I don't think this is the last we've seen of her. Wait until H30 comes out in 2008 :)

The only three Halloween movies I own are Halloween, Halloween II and Halloween H20.

I agree, that they made too many sequels to movies; especially horror ones but as long as they make them, I will watch them.

Moustapha Akkad spoke at the Halloween convention and said that she definitely won't be in H9, but may return in one of the future sequels. (yes, there will be more, many, more.....) ;)
