Yep, it's kinda a way of promoting the movie. If they wanna see it, sometimes other people wanna see it too. It's also for publicity, reporters and photographers are there...obviously.

They have premieres for some movies if the star of the movie has already been cast in feature films already. It's like havin a big movie star on a small screen event. Hayden Pannitere(sp?) was in "Remember the Titans", and Raven was in "Dr Dolittle 1&2". Cheetah Girls and Tiger Cruise have been their only premieres so far.

Yes, you need to say more. Am I the only person who thinks the dress is actually cute, it's just the hairstyle and the shoulder wrap that throws it completely off.

That dress made her look big and the outfit she wore to the Princess Diaries premiere made her look big, and both outfits weren't nice IMO. She looked good at the Teen Choice Awards though
