They are on the Merry Go Round not the Bumper cars Pavan 07-30-2004, 12:10 PM Originally posted by TVShow Analyzer You are right about the episode but wrong about the closing credits. They are on the Merry Go Round not the Bumper cars Oh, yes, that's right, lol. I remember now, Chrissy was acting crazy and making faces. But they were in bumper cars, too. check the video clip out: http://www.sitcomsonline.com/videoclips/threes_company4_end.mpg TVFactFan 07-30-2004, 12:24 PM Originally posted by pavanbadal Oh, yes, that's right, lol. I wonder why they only did that for that particular episode. Daffyfan2004 07-30-2004, 04:16 PM Well, I've seen "Jack on the Lam" in syndication and have seen a different opening. (Jack, Janet and Chrissy all with pink T-shirts instead of Don Knotts on the horse, which was probably how it originally aired) I don't know about the closing though. I'll have to check that again. In syndication the T-shirt scene is only seen in that episode. Though, in original episodes, that T-shirt scene is used in every opening for S4 & 5. Nick@Nite/TV Land has aired it many times. Daffyfan2004 07-31-2004, 07:23 AM Really? I never knew that. You mean they showed both the T-shirt scene and Don Knotts in the opening credits? I guess I'll for the season 4 DVDs to take a look at that. It sounds very interesting. What about the last eps of seasons 3 &4 (sans the Ropers)? I'm guessing the syndicated version of those eps just use season 3 credits in syndication rather than the fourth season opening which was supposedly used when they originally aired. On the WB11 marathon "Jack Moves Out" was scene with a season three opening. TVFactFan 07-31-2004, 09:36 PM Originally posted by Daffyfan2004 Really? I never knew that. I know that, but I read at TV Tome that it had the season four opening credits which include Richard Kline. Maybe somebody just made a mistake there. I guess when the season 3 DVD comes out I'll find out how that one originally aired. TVFactFan 08-01-2004, 09:09 AM Originally posted by Daffyfan2004 Yeah. I thought so, because the season four opening credits also included Joyce DeWitt's new hairstyle, but she didn't have that until season four began. Thanks for clearing that up. |
