SBTB Geek 07-30-2004, 03:03 AM Wow... looks good. The film is going to completely revamp the entire Batman franchise. jekouptown 07-30-2004, 01:12 PM I dont think Christian Bale makes a good batman. I keep seeing him with that stupid "guntata". I forgot the name of that movie. OHh... equilibrium britt britt 07-30-2004, 03:13 PM *screams* I can't wait for this! I love Batman!! Kickass! ;) I am Him 08-04-2004, 05:37 PM :batman: Brian Damage 08-05-2004, 11:04 AM very interesting Screenwriter 08-10-2004, 12:30 AM ... ugh.. it's interest to say the least. But didn't Tom Mankiewizc write something like this in the early to late eighties? I'd like to see Batman: The Dark Knight... you know the originally fifth Batman film. I loved Batman Forever and Batman & Robin. And I think they should just reconsider following that line of thought. Batman: The Dark Knight.... directed by Joel Schumacher. Jeff Goldblum as Scarecrow... Hollow 08-10-2004, 02:05 AM What fools. I'm batman and i wasn't asked to be in it. pricks can go ****ing **** a ****. I am Him 08-10-2004, 09:40 AM Originally posted by Screenwriter I loved Batman Forever and Batman & Robin. And I think they should just reconsider following that line of thought. Many hated Batman Forever and Batman & Robin. That is why they are going a different direction with this next one. Personally I liked the first Batman Movie. The Tim Burton one. Moondance 08-12-2004, 08:24 PM Tim Burton's *Batman* and *Batman Returns* was the best, IMO! Although, I will give this one a shot! Feen CliffClavin 08-12-2004, 08:33 PM Michelles catwoman looked tasty Screenwriter 08-12-2004, 10:26 PM I like Batman Forever and Batman & Robin a lot better than Batman and Batman Returns. I loved Jim Carrey as the Riddler... he was over the top! :) I liked Arnold Schwartzenegger as Mr. Freeze. He was priceless. webuster 08-13-2004, 05:44 PM I didn't like the look of the trailer. I know they're trying to restart the franchise- but nobody will forget Burton's Batman- and this one appears to be rewriting a lot of what Burton's film originally said. Also, this film looks to be set too much in a real world- should have a darker look. Alex Proyas would be good to direct a Batman movie imo. They should have a film with Egghead and the Penguin. Screenwriter 08-13-2004, 08:21 PM Burton's films were too dark. And for those who argue that the comics stated that it was supposed to be that way... look at the 50s tv show. THAT WAS CAMPY! Batman Forever and Batman & Robin were the best Batman movies... although Jack Nicholson played a brilliant Joker. And that Danny DeVito played a marvelous Penguin. Michelle Pfifer did a terrific Catwoman. I fear, in my opinion, that the Batman francise is over. |
