I saw a story awhile back about a girl that was missing, I believe her name was Antoinette Kayadeto (not sure how it is spelled).
The family lived on a Indian reservation and it was a single mother and her children. One night they all went to bed and in the morning Antoinette was missing. At first they had no leads then later her sister came forward and said that in the middle of the night there had been a knock at the door and Antoinette had went to see who it was she called out "who is it?" and the person answered "Uncle Joe" which I guess there was an uncle Joe but he was not the person who took her. So Antoinette answered the door and was grabbed and taken away. About a year later a waitress thought she had seen Antoinette. Then about maybe two years later a phone call came into a 911 call center in another state, the caller stated she was Antoinette Kayadeto, she said it twice then a man voice is heard yelling in the background and the girl lets out a scream and the phone disconnects. I wondered if anyone knew if she was ever found?
I have always wondered about this story!!

Thanks,

Diana

to my knowledge never been found. The mother went to a native american psychic who said the girl is still alive and being held captive with threats of violence. Take that for what its worth

Later.

I've seen that story many times and I wish that she would be found and brought back to her family. The kidnapping happened in 1986 and she was born in December 1976, so that would make her 27 years old (that's also my age) and she may have a new identity by now. Soon after her kidnapping, she was seen at a diner in Carson City with an adult male and female. When the waitress was taking their orders, Antoinette would purposely drop her fork and when the waitress give the fork back to Antoinette, Antoinette would squeeze her hand. After Antoinette and the man and woman left, a note was found underneath her plate saying "HELP, CALL POLICE". Very freaky.
