Adamantium 07-28-2004, 11:12 PM Fonzie would be great too.
I would say Hawkeye Pierce, but where would they put the statue - Korea?

Titania 07-28-2004, 11:16 PM definitely Fonzie
Pavan 07-28-2004, 11:20 PM Jack Tripper falling out of the bicycle at Venice Beach in Santa Monica! The statue should be right at the spot.

Yeah, the Fonz statue would be great. Gordon Jump would be great for Cincinnati, I'd prefer a Johnny Fever statue though. ;)
Gabe Kaplan--Brooklyn
Sam Malone, Norm Peterson-Boston
Jed Clampett-Beverly Hills
Joe Friday-Los Angeles

yea i like her too.
TheGreatPretender 07-29-2004, 02:09 PM i also like Archie Bunker sitting in his chair.
Sterling Holobyte 07-29-2004, 02:19 PM I like the Fonz idea, and Alf, and I love the idea about Archie in his recliner.
Also, to add to the Andy Griffith Show statues, I think they should do one of Ernest T. Bass with a rock in his hand, ready to throw it through a window.:)

Definitely!! Great ideas!!!
Jerry Mathers would be good or maybe Ron Howard...
barwars 07-29-2004, 05:05 PM Laverne & Shirley doing their little stepping thing "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 -- I cant spell, something about a beer company"
The Fonz would be good.
ALF would be nice -- but where??
Beverly Hillbilllies, definately. Have the "main 4" waving goodbye and under the plaque a sign reading "ya'll come back now, ya hear?"
I think a statue of Norm Peterson and Cliff Clavin (on their stools, of course)would be great to put in Boston Commons -- right across the street from the real Cheers!!
Or how about Frasier Crane with radio headphones on, with Eddie (the dog) staring at him.

Rockapella722 07-31-2004, 12:52 AM Laverne and Shirley in front of a building on Knapp doing the famous Shlameel, Shlamazzle dance. Too bad there is no real 730 on Knapp, but... yeah.
Lucy in Jamestown or NYC/Manhattan, of course.
Fonzie in Milwaukee, as well.
Samantha Stevens in... wherever she lives. I've forgotten, I'm terrible at life. LOL. ;)
